Information to IRD

As you all should know from recent publicity, the NZ IRD has asked all NZ cryptocurrency companies, incluiding us, to provide information about our users.

We have sought legal advice to protect your privacy as much as possible to the extent permitted by law, and as the result of that, we have gained a little hard won success.

Accordingly, we advise you to have a look at what we are providing to NZ IRD about you here: Account->Profile->Info 4 IRD.

You have untill 01/03/2021 to look at that and respond if any of your information which we must otherwise provide to NZ IRD is covered by "Legal Privilege". If so, you can inform us about that with supporting documents by creating a support ticket and we will withhold your information.

If you do not advise us by 01/03/2021 that you have "Legal Privilege", the information will be provided to NZ IRD.
